hi, I went to the "list Profiles" tab and then chose a profile i want to edit then i found that mobile number is uneditable from there. Is there anyway to edit the existing user profile number?
Unfortunately, Our system prevent the user to edit the mobile number. This is because the mobile numbers are considered as important key attributes. So you have to create a new profile with if you want to change the mobile number.
